You may rotate the molecule along any of the three othogonal axes with this option. This will rotate the molecule by the current Rotate Settings. If this is the first time that it is selected, then Rotate Settings appears so that you may choose how you wish to rotate the molecule.
This item toggles between Rotation and Halt Rotation. During rotation, nothing else can occur until Halt Rotation is selected.
If part of the molecule is selected when choosing this option, only that part will rotate and the rest of the molecule will stay glued to it╒s current position. This option sets the molecule to Identity.
